We really found it helpful to have Ariane supporting us as we bought our first home this past year. She was great with negotiating prices and helping us go through strata docs to identify issues. We first met Ariane nearly 8 years ago when she had buyers for the Vancouver condo block my mom was living in and popped a flyer through her door.
